Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the United States. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as new drops or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard shipping options through USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on your location and the size of your order.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on the carrier and destination.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship to international destinations.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days (U.S.) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at studded.info@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes within the United States, but please note that this may impact delivery times depending on the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped, Studded is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you believe your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
